These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Craftwork Make service (the “Service”) operated by [[ LEGAL ENTITY NAME — 🔑 user to fill ]] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least [[ MINIMUM AGE — 🔑 user to fill ]] years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure.2. The Service
The Service is a hosted, browser-based design editor with AI-assisted generation, cloud document storage, and an asset library. We may add, change, or remove features over time. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis and may have downtime, limits, or changes.3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the design documents, images, and other content you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including running it through the AI and storage providers listed in our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for Your Content and must have the rights to use it. You must not upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates these Terms.4. Community Content
The Community library lets users submit designs (“Community Content”) for others to start from. When you submit, you confirm you created the content or have all rights needed to share it, and you grant us and other users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, copy, and incorporate it into their own projects through the Service. You must not submit content you don’t own, or that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive.•Every submission is reviewed before it appears publicly, and we may decline, edit the listing, remove, or stop distributing any submission at any time.
•Community Content from other users is provided “as is.” You are responsible for confirming it fits your use; we don’t warrant the rights, quality, or fitness of user-submitted content.
•You can report Community Content you believe violates these Terms. Abuse of submission (spam, duplicates, or infringing uploads) may lead to losing the ability to submit.
5. AI Features & Generated Output
•AI generations are produced by third-party providers (OpenAI, Recraft, OpenRouter, Google). Output may be inaccurate, may resemble other works, and is provided without warranty.
•Ownership and permitted use of AI output are subject to the relevant provider’s terms in addition to these Terms. Confirm the rights you can pass on to users: [[ AI OUTPUT OWNERSHIP/LICENSE STATEMENT — 🔑 user to fill ]].
•You must not use AI features to generate prohibited content or to circumvent usage limits, quotas, or credit metering.
6. Third-Party Assets (Craftwork)
The Service may give you access to design assets provided by Craftwork and other third parties. Those assets are licensed under their owners’ terms, not under the license of this software. You may use them only as permitted by the applicable third-party license. The exact asset-license terms passed through to you must be stated here: [[ THIRD-PARTY ASSET LICENSE TERMS — 🔑 user to fill ]].7. Plans, Credits & Billing
•The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by our payment provider, Polar.

•Fees, billing cycles, taxes, renewals, refunds, and cancellation terms must be stated here: [[ PRICING / REFUND / CANCELLATION TERMS — 🔑 user to fill ]].
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; access it via automated means beyond what we permit; bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls; infringe others’ rights; or use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. We may apply rate limits, fraud controls, and content moderation, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. Before deletion you can export your data (see Section 9 of our Privacy Policy and the in-product data export).10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.The precise warranty disclaimer and liability cap must be set by counsel: [[ LIABILITY CAP / WARRANTY TERMS — 🔑 user to fill ]].11.
